Wir waren sehr zufrieden, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, toller Service, leckeres und umfangreiches Frühstück, gute Lage und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Wenn auch alles teuer geworden ist, hier bekommt man eine echt solide Leistung, die das Geld wert ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder ! MfG Familie Rechtien

It was very kind that we can leave our bagage on a place when we arrived early in the morning before we can check-in and after the check-out. We had a room at the gardensite and it was totally quiet. Very nice for me! The beds are perfect, ik was clean, a good shower, and the little table is perfect to play cards. Ben and Jeannet are very kind and wanted to help with everything. The breakfast was a 10! You can walk in 15 minutes on your skiboots to the skilift. 10 minutes walking to the supermarket. On the last day (after the checkout) we could use a shower and could change clothes in the wellness of Ben's hotel. Very friendly and very nice after a skiing day. I can be only positive! Nice area to ski!

I had a generally pleasant stay, but there was one important issue that I think future guests should be aware of. When booking, the room description showed a double bed and a single bed, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. However, upon arrival, only the double bed was prepared. When we asked about the single bed, we were told that since the reservation was for two people, the room would not be set up with the additional bed. This was quite confusing, as the listing did not clearly state that the bed configuration depends on the number of guests. We expected to have both a double bed and a separate single bed available, as advertised. In the end, the “single bed” turned out to be a sofa bed, and instead of having two separate beds as expected, we had to split the double bed. I would recommend that the hotel clarifies this in the listing to avoid misunderstandings for future guests.
