Exit the airport following all signs to "Athina". Exit road to Highway 6, after 25 km take the exit 11 to Kifissias Avenue and follow all signs to Kifissia. After 2 km you will see a Gymnasium on your right. Follow Kiriazi str. , changing to Levidar str. and turn right on the 5th str. named Kolokotroniontil. At the traffic lights turn right until you find Theoxenia House Hotel on your left.
Take the suburbian train to Neratziotissa station. Change the line and take the train to the last station called Litissia. Exit the train and follow Adrianonstr. until you find Kefissias avenue. Take the 1st road on your left across the avenue called Pancigitsasstr. changing to Kolototroni. After 10 min walking xou will see the traffic lights. Turn right until you find Theoxenia House Hotel on your left.
