Positiv: in my eyes: best hotel in Kaunas, commited to international service standards, best beds, top location- breakfast , Sauna, Gym and parking included in all rates Negativ: absolutely nothing

Positiv: best place in town, newly renovated rooms with AC and free parking (first come first serve), free Sauna and cold pool.
What really makes the difference is the positive and super friendly mindset of the personel from front desk to breakfast Negativ: maybe the breakfast troom as it is in cellar (however made in Uzeiga style

Positiv: Very good location, comfortable room and nice staff Negativ: The hotel restaurant seemed to be closed on Sunday and Monday evening, which I guess is normal if that's how it's managed in Lithuania. It would be good to at least have room service in that case though, and I don't think there was any (didn't ask, but didn't see a menu in my room).
