Zum Dorfzentrum von Scuol, zur Talstation der Bergbahnen Motta Naluns und zum Bahnhof sind es nur jeweils ca. 5, 10 und 15 Gehminuten. Zwei private Parkplätze stehen vor dem separaten Wohnungseingang zur Verfügung. Die grosse gedeckte Südwest-Terrasse mit Esstisch, Lounge und Sonneninsel bietet einen tollen Panoramablick auf die Unterengadiner Bergwelt (und auf Schloss Tarasp) und lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Die Wohnung ist von den Eigentümern liebevoll ausgestattet und dekoriert, u.a. mit zeitgenössischer Kunst aus deren Sammlung, aber auch mit Engadiner Elementen.

A very well equipped and comfortable 2 bedroom (2 double rooms, living room and dining area/kitchen/bath) appartment in the attic/top floor of a beautiful house in the Engadin style, in a central location. The centre of the village, the Motta Naluns cable car and the train station are, respectively, 5, 10 and 15 minutes away walking distance. There are two parking spaces in front of the separate, own entrance to the apartment.
The large, south-west-oriented covered terrace, with a dining table, a sun-lounger and a cosy lounge area, provides a great view over the valley and the mountains, as well as Tarasp Castle. A great place to relax and enjoy the view !
The apartment has been beautifully decorated by the owners, including contemporary artwork from their collection, as well as local Engadin elements. The modern kitchen has all necessary equipment and appliances. The renovated bathroom is of high standard.
There is a flat-screen TV, music equipment (Internet Radio/CD player) and a DVD-Player. Free Internet/WLAN.
