The quickest route from Athens to Monemvasia is via the highway A7 to Corinth and Tripoli. At Tripoli you take the direction for Sparta following the signs for Monemvasia. Once in Monemvasia drive through the new town over the the bridge and you will find the Hotel Lazareto on your left hand side just before the Castle. The distance from Athens is approx. 285 km., total driving time 3,5 hours.
