Positiv: Friendliness of the staff the morning we left, very helpful when leaving the luggage for later collection. Negativ: Worst sleep of my life. Got room 212 which is a double with 2 single mattresses put together. Firmness of them was absolutely null (like, null, seriously) falling into the middle and feeling the divan below me.
I politely asked to swap rooms as my mates' mattresses were slightly better and firmer; but I was hit back with the classic we are completely booked tonight (in the middle of a pandemic, with no international tourists and even showing room availability on their website) and a I'll give you a call if I can move you to another room which obviously never happened.
The staff that evening was not friendly at all, maybe they had got a bad afternoon before than us; but they were sharp in their responses and not helpful at all.
You can find much better options for the same price. Value for price very poor.
Also, not aparthotel rooms: just normal hotel rooms excepting if getting the most expensive ones, which lack kitchen utensils. This hotel is overpriced.
