Positiv: I loved the staff, everyone was really friendly and willing to help, we met about 5 different hotel employees and I cannot stress enough how nice they were.
I also liked that we had hair dryers in the room, and besides this, I liked that I asked this question one day before going there and the question was answered very fast so I knew what to pack.
One more thing I liked was the welcome drink we got for not wanting our rooms to be cleaned everyday.
Overall, everything was really pleasant, the hotel is clean and cozy and looks nice. Negativ: The bathroom sink was a bit small, I could also use a minibar/ mini fridge and one or two more sockets close to the bed.
At night it was a bit cold, the radiator got cold after about 11:30-12 AM, one more thin blanket in the room would have been welcomed.

Positiv: Wirkt familiär und ist sehr freundlich.  Negativ: Die Duschvorhänge könnten vllt etwas länger sein, damit das ganze Bad nicht unter Wasser steht. 

Positiv: Sehr stylisches Hotel. Zentral gelegen am Rand der Altstadt. Guter Service, freundliches Personal Negativ: Das Bad könnte etwas mehr Licht vertragen. Zimmertüren schlagen zu laut ins Schloss.
