The apartment is very well maintained. It is also well equipped for daily needs, including crockery, cutlery, cooking vessels and utensils. Also furniture including for the balcony and patio. Being at a height and on the topmost floor, it's a penthouse, it offers a very good view of the mountains and overlook to the town. Has large windows and very good ventilation. This may be a concern when the weather is very warm, since there is heating but no air-condition. The location is good, easily reachable by car and a covered garage is available. There is a short cut for walking up from the Promenade, but you should be in good health as the climb is steep. The only thing we missed was availability/ arrangement of washing machine for clothes.

Great appartement! Very clean and quiet. Wonderful view of Davos and the mountains. Close to shops and central street. 10 minutes walk from Jakobshorn skilift, and 10 minutes with free skibus to Parsenn.
