Booking, payment and finding the key was fine.
When we arrived after a full day on ski, there was no hot water. This was quit disapointing and we could not have any good explanations or expectations when it would be fixed. The water in the shower was so cold that it hurts to go under. Further more ther was no pasword to the wifi avalable. The service desk tryed to give us the code on a very bad phone conection, but we did not succed. With 4 teanagers in the house it was quite a disapointment not to be able to stream the planed films and use their social medias etc.
A drunk cleaning lady tryed the best she could to help us and shouted and argued loudly on the phone with a man who should fix the heat and wifi. She promised a 20% discount and offered re-location, but we walked away as the shouting and arguing was getting embarrasing.
Day two we had the wifi password and hot water in the eavening and then it was ok, but 50% of the time it was not ok.
Two first world problems, but paying EUR 1,048 for the apartment for two nights it was far below our expactations:-(
