Would have been nice to have:
Toaster, salt, pepper, cooking oil, larger bath towels.
An emergency number for out of hours problems should be given - we had no electricity one day when getting ready to go skiing, i.e. no lights in the bathrooms, no electricity for kitchen equipment to make breakfast or use a hair dryer. We had to wait until the office opened at 8. The problem was then very quickly solved, but we needed help an hour earlier! The automatic message on the office answering machine gave another number to ring if the fire alarm went off. We tried ringing that number but got exactly the same message, which was unhelpful.
Instructions on where to park when picking up the keys on arrival would also have been helpful. A parking sign for short-term paid parking points to the right but it was unclear whether the parking is the entrance immediately before or after the sign. I mistakenly drove down the ramp and got stuck at what turned out to be the exit to the wrong car park. A no entry sign at the top of this ramp would have prevented this happening! We were told we would have to back up the ramp, which is not only very steep but also curved, making the manoever extremely difficult. In hindsight it would have been much more helpful to have found someone to open the garage door for us, so that we could have turned around and driven out forwards.
