Welcome to this beautiful house located just meters from the sea, with direct access to a small sandy beach and also next to several calas and the local Yacht Club of Colonia San Pere.
Located in the pretty town of Colonia Sant Pere, which offers the atmosphere of old fishermens houses that were used as holiday homes, the town is very near to Arta where you can go for shopping or to the market on Tuesdays, a town full of quality restaurants, also Son Serra Marina a famous windsurfing and kite surfing beach with popular restaurants open all year around. The house has been completely reformed in a chic light modern design using a creative comfortable style of furnishings and decoration.
Perfect family house for 5 people. It consists of a beautiful open living dining area with a very well equipped kitchen with direct access to the patio terrace and the pool area.
On the first floor are three bedrooms, the master with double bed, the second has a double bed and the third two single beds. All the bedrooms share a full bathroom, there is the second bathroom with walk in shower on the ground floor. There is a separate terrace on this floor to enjoy the views of the mountain.
The house has a beautiful patio terrace here you can enjoy dining and relaxing, equipped with BBQ grill, seating area with dining table and chairs for relaxing or socialising with your partner or family and friends. There are sun beds around the small pool.
Amenities and facilities: The house is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and juicer. Washing machine is located on the lower floor. Wifi internet, smart TV and satellite with some international channels (German, English, French).

Colonia Sant Pere is a very special part of Mallorca, there are no big hotels, only residences. it is a protected area.
All facilities are within walking distance, the house is very central with the advantage of being near the center, the nautic club, beaches and promenade next to the sea.
There are some great restaurants and bars, just 500 metres walk from the house, also supermarket and pharmacy.
Many beaches and Calas are close, the beaches of Betlem, Son Serra Marina, Can Picafort, Playa de Muro or Cala Ratjada are about 10 to 25 minutes away from the villa.
From Palma de Mallorca airport, its around 50-60 minutes’ drive by car.
From the house you have a several walking destinations-routes on the mountain or country walks.

Tourist Tax, Property Charges and Policies: Reminder to the families with children that the property has a pool and children must be supervised by parents. Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyones needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help. We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure. There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry. Prices for this property are in Euros. Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival. Bookings also taken for long winter rental prices on request. Added to the booking price will be the electricity which is not included, this will be a charge of 0,35€ per kWh by the meter reading. The numbers on the clock will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave. From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved. Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee of 50€ which can be paid in cash on arrival.
Included in the reservation of this property is the consumption of electricity until a cost of 50 euros, any additional usage will be charged at 0,35€/KWh. The numbers on the meter will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave. The guest will have access to verify the electricity meters at all the time.
All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge. This property does not allowed PETS.Smoking is not allowed inside of this property.This property does not accept any kind of parties.No private parking on the property, only on the street.
