Leider kann man nach der Sauna nicht an die frische Luft.  

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und prompte und äußerst nette Kommunikation bei Fragen/Anmerkungen.
Wünschenswert wäre ein Handtuchhalter im Badezimmer. Schön wäre auch, wenn man einen Sauger hätte, um einmal eigenständig durchzu -saugen.
Ansonsten war alles prima, insbesondere Sauna und Pool! Gerne wieder!

Klasse Unterkunft und sehr ruhig. Besonders toll sind die Apartments mit Blick in die Bergwelt bei den man die Imst rauschen hört  

Reinigungspersonal könnte gewissenhafter arbeiten. Einmal kamen wir zurück und die Terrassentür war auf und Lappen lagen noch da. Handtücher waren manchmal zu wenig da, Toilettenpapier wurde nicht nachgefüllt.

Leider zu wenige Haken im Bad oder in den Zimmern zum aufhängen, dafür aber genügend Bügel.
Badekleidung konnte nur auf der duschstange aufgehängt werden.
Zu wenig Besteck.

Chalet Obergurgl was overall an excellent experience and we would highly recommend it.  

Tolle, neue Appartements fußläufig zur Festkogelbahn. Sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnungen mit phantastischem Blick ins Tal. Wellnessbereich mit Sauna etc. perfekt nach einem Skitag. Skikeller und Brötchendienst extrem praktisch. Super Service durch Manuel Team, sehr zu empfehlen.  

Lovely apartment, well looked after. The only thing is that it was definitely too hot and it was not possible to turn off the floor rad. The only way to sleep was to open the window which, considering the shape of the world we live in, was a shame. The ski room was also too hot. Otherwise were very happy with the apt.

The ski school was also great, thanks to the teachers Alberta and Tristan.

+ Good, clean spacious appartment, however the loocation is important, the one we had (no 6) has no sun on the Balcony.
+Everything in the complex is very clean, bakery service is good, skiroom very good, parking in the garage ok.
+The food in The Moss is very good, Price/quality is good.
- de pool is very nice but the water temp, could be 2 degrees higher ( not a big problem)
- Made the booking at het Gurgl site for 4 persons, but on the conformation stood 2 persons, this is handeld ok , on the booking conformation was final cleaning included, but i still had to pay € 150 at he appartment for cleaning, this is not ok i think, the communication ( callback) and the booking via the Gurgl site and the client and the appartment should be better. Sehr netter und bemühter Wirt, der gut in allen Fällen organisiert  

Wellness Spitze, Küche sehr klein zum Kochen nur 2 Töpfe, keine Reibe vorhanden. Appartement hat uns gut gefallen.  

Wir lieben Obergurgl und kommen jedes Jahr wieder.
