The service of the frontdesk was outstanding! Really service minded people, they helped me so great. I rated the service lower because the information on the SPA opening hours are not clear. Check the website on this, your folders and especially the signs on the doors and the information in English.

One evening we came back from a hike, and wanted to enter the spa at 19:47. The door was closed and we had no idea why. The spa should have been open till 21:00. An elderly couple let us in and we walked to the second door to see new information. Last entry 20:45. We were minutes later and knocked the door. There the staff came to us very inpolite (sorry guys I closed the door, read the sings). I said well its has been only minutes and we didnt know! We stood no chance and were asked to leave. I felt it was highly inconsiderate and just very RUDE. This impacted our evening and we felt it was our own fault at first. But hey if the info is not clear, we cant be blamed for entering minutes overtime. Listen to reason people.
