Positiv:
Friendly person in reception.
br /The room, eh, more like a suite, was above our expectations.
br /The bartender was very friendly, I even forgot to check the prices before check-out.
br /Dinner was very good, the waitress spent time explaining the things to us.
br /At breakfast a little thing did not work, but the hotel representative said ”no problema” and fixed it promptly.

Negativ:
Not that I remember.
