Positiv:
The area around the hotel (shopping mall, indoor climb park, ... was interesting.

Negativ:
Bathroom was not clean. After the shower I wiped up the water on the floor and the towel was greyish.
br /No water neither for tea nor coffee available at the breakfast. Stuff was already overwelmed to bus the dishes obviously.
