In fact we live at Stadt Wien Apartments nearby. We cancel Kaiser-Franz as we need tin beds for our family, and Stadt Wien could not offer it.
Anyway we are satisfied by service ob Bad Hofgastein resort, and it was our 4th time in Bad Hofgastein. During the week we 7 times visiting Alpentherme as we are lovers of Souna and SPA. Thanks a lot!  

The apartment was newly renovated and in good condition, pretty much everything was as described on the website. Some room for improvement in noise isolation, much of the sounds from the apartment next to us came through.
But the service, I was asked two times for a deposit fee, different sums. Still on arrival they knew immediately to which apartment I was going but nothing was prepared. They asked me if I had paid the deposit fee and when, when I didn’t have the exact date on hand I had to wait for 10mins before they found it. I made a precheck-in on the web, they could not find it and I had to fill in all the papers again. They asked me if I can pay in cash, why would I carry almost 1000 EUR in cash when there are credit cards? We needed to ask for extra pillows 3 times before we got them……

Bad communication from Gastainer Tourismus office. They took 1 € for bookink but didnt gave any furrher recommendations about pre-payment, other conditions. We had misunderstanding with appartments owners because people from office cannot explain siruation clearly. Į suggest to book appartments directly, not using Gastainer Tourismus service.
